I work with survivors of sexual abuse/assault, those who have experienced traumatic loss from death or infidelity, individuals suffering from addiction, and others working through traumatic adjustments such as loss of a job or severe illness. I also counsel couples working to improve their relationships, those discerning their futures, and others contemplating separation or divorce

  • Mark Ptasznik He/Him/His (MHC-LP)

I am eager to help individuals heal by managing their emotions and improving their relationships with others through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I will create a non-judgmental environment from my caring and compassionate demeanor, which is a true humanistic approach to healing.

As a therapist, I believe it’s important to use active listening techniques so I can understand your goals and concerns. I have experience counseling adolescents, the LGBTQ+ population, and adults that have intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as individuals with Autism, ADHD, OCD, and fetal alcohol syndrome. Anyone struggling with addiction, anxiety, and depression can maintain a safe space with me as their therapist.

  • Aneesha Baloch They/Them/Theirs (MHC-LP)

Therapy can be both an enriching yet vulnerable experience. Coming into therapy is a big step and it can be an excellent resource to discover new facets of oneself and how to navigate around them. Whether it be emotional, behavioral, relationships, or overall life situations, I’m here to offer you the support and tools needed to process and heal.

My approach is being person centered with an emphasis on positive regard and compassion. In addition, utilizing elements of humor, genuineness, and a sense of hopefulness. As a counselor I meet each client where they are at, while aiming to foster a safe space for exploration. I have worked with those under the neurodivergencey scale, the LGBTQIA+ population, and helped with detriments such as depression, anxiety, and trauma to name a few.

  • Jeffrey Prout He/Him/His (MA, MS, LMHC)

I identify what is working and explore possible areas for change. No matter your struggles, the goal will be to help you identify and build on your strengths and become the person you aspire to be. My first goal is to create a supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. We will focus on your unique lived experiences, including how both personal and social factors can influence the ways you live and grow in the world.

I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds. In particular, I have a lot of experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My clinical work has addressed a wide range of individual challenges such as attentional issues (ADD, ADHD), relationship challenges, including couples counseling, career and life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
